Advocacy :                                                                                                                                                                                     The purpose of the advocacy from this website is to be able to influence public opinion on a particular issue. This website periodically selects issues online if the particular topic generates public concern and the type that the public can relate to particularly issues involving social and economic injustice, or issues that affect one’s public reputation, where we do advocacy for the purpose of mitigating and controlling the effects of the harm.  However, we can create advocacy on any issue if and when requested to do so, a judgment call that is based upon moral and ethical considerations that, it is the right thing to be done while we invoke the element of persuasion  to get the public to see things our way from the analysis that we have created on that particular subject. There are no limits to the issues that we can process for the purpose of advocacy and the issue can come from any of our diverse areas of subjects expertise. For example in legal matters, in a criminal law, a well thought out advocacy could be created for the purpose of influencing the Jury to see things from the perspective of our advocacy for a guilty or not guilty verdict. Similarly in Civil law, the advocacy from this website can change the trajectory of any civil case. Now the question remains, what kind of service does our advocacy fall under? Is it free (pro-bono)? Or is it paid for?. The answer is YES under both situations, and it depends.

Most of the topics and issues about “injustice” are randomly selected online from the news on the internet (Yahoo News), and issues under this category, are free of charge and pro bono work in our advocacy which makes our line of work a public good because the entire public benefits from it. If the advocacy is a legal matter, it could be considered to be “Public Interest” law. The other instance is the category of service when it is not free and it is charged for. In that case, an individual who is trouble, under investigation or being probed by the Government and the matter has generated substantial public controversy, and the individual may lose their job as a result, either being fired or asked to resign. In a situation like this, we will charge a consultation fee for our advocacy, and thereafter, we will take an impartial and neutral review of the matter based on our sound conviction of the innocence of the individual who has approached us for assistance. For example Kim Cheatle "Kim", the former Director of the US Secret Service should not have resigned her job (even after being asked to do so by the US Senate) because the attempted assassination of Trump from the rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, was definitely not her fault, otherwise, the Secret Service did their job and a good job at that in protecting Trump. Our advocacy welcomes issues like this that appears to be a slam dunk choice between taking sides on who is wrong or right.  As a rule, we cannot be retained ex ante for our advocacy before the event happens because we will not advocate ex post on your side of the story (after the event has occurred) if your side of the matter is clearly wrong or violates community values and morals.

Our advocacy serves several useful purposes, for those who are completely hopeless and powerless and who cannot talk and who have no voice, we will give them hope and speak for them using loudspeakers, if based upon our sound conviction that is the right thing to do. It is a scary concept when someone is being probed and investigated by the US Congress, and especially when that person has to appear before the various Committees in the House and Senate, and while ultimately, the very powerful US Law Makers, and extremely/very powerful US Senators and powerful Congress woman will ask you to resign, however before then, they will scream, balk and yell at you at the hearing, while you remain very quiet on your seat and absorb all the event (one can only feel sorry for Kim Cheatle, she almost cried as she sat frozen in her seat and she could not talk! Oh No !!!!). Have no fear and No problem, come to us for an independent neutral observer review of your case, we will talk for you and with all due respect to Congress. However, come to us before you appear before the US Congress and before they ask you to resign, otherwise, it is possible they might have the final word on the matter on your job only if it is a job requiring approval and consent by the Senate in the first place, hence, they reserve the right to impeach and remove you from that job when they ask you to resign. However, this may not be applicable to private jobs (for example, the previous Congressional appearance by the three female Ivy League Universities Presidents including Elizabeth McGill / Stanford, Claudine Gay / Harvard and Sally Kornbluth / MIT) and jobs that do not require approval and consent of the Senate and holders of jobs like these do not have to resign even if requested to do so by Congress. Not that we have any leverage whatsoever against Congress because they have all the power but what we can do is to gather public and community support behind our advocacy, for example in Kim's case, we could write an advocacy review for her and then conduct polls on her behalf asking the public to decide and vote whether or not she should be fired, and depending on the results and if it is overwhelmingly positive the community wants her to keep her job with millions of votes in her favor, then this evidence can be presented to the Senate to soft pedal on the issue and she should not be fired. There are several reasons why this website is interactive with the public because we take every advocacy issue on appeal to the public to vote in support of our advocacy review, a positive vote is the validation for our advocacy. 

Consultation Fees :                                                                                                                                                                       At the moment and perhaps for a foreseeable future, we are flexible on our fees and how much we charge and it all depends upon the situation and other factors. However, never say never that, it was actually possible for us to do our advocacy completely free of charge, and as a matter of fact, it actually happens some times. In any situation where our advocacy is self initiated by us purely on humanitarian grounds and altruistic motive based upon our conviction that it is the right thing to do, even if it requires us to get down on our knees and beg for mercy on behalf of the individual (for example a death row prisoner to be executed very soon who we believe should not be executed, or advocacies about Africa) then, we are obligated ethically to do our advocacy free of charge and not expect anything back in return. Advocacies about Africa, are always free of charge. If our advocacy is not self initiated and our service has been requested for, then we will charge for it. We will charge accordingly depending on your financial status and how deep the level of trouble you are in.

Law and Legal matters:  (Public Interest Law)                                                                                                                          Torts (Negligence and Personal Injury), Contracts, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law                                                                    As a rule because this website is not a Law Firm and we cannot charge for our advocacy, hence, any service here will be pro bono and free of charge. We will review your case free of charge and recommend that you get a Lawyer, if you have a case. However note that, our recommendation is not a contract and it is not legally binding, and rather, it is just a suggestion and not a legal advise, otherwise, you are in charge and still free to do whatever you want regardless. Cases involving Criminal law, Torts (Personal Injury and Negligence), Contracts and Constitutional law can be adequately analyzed and screened for validity. These subjects are intertwined and at times, a Torts negligence or personal injury case may require the application of the Constitution for solution, something your Lawyer may be hesitant to do. As a matter of fact, each subject may require the application of the Constitution. The knowledge you gain from our pre-screening is a valuable experience you can discuss with your Lawyer to make your Lawyer work harder for you.
