OPPRESSION !!
From October 29th, 2024, this story will be moved to the appropriate title page "Advocacy Center" with a link button from the Home page. Stories on this website conform to "Ethical Standards", "Responsible Journalism" and the rules of "Ethical Journalism" that require verification, veracity and authenticity of information about issues published here so as to prevent misinformation. Upon further investigation, it has been reliably confirmed that the event in this story occurred in 2016 in Iraq, under the Iraqi territory controlled by ISIS acronym "Islamic State of Iraq". Some will argue that there is no difference between ISIS and Iraq as of 2016 and it was the same Islamic State Government of Iraq. Absolutely no regrets in advocating on this issue that is 8 years old, otherwise, what is preferred normally is that the issue is very recent and current.
This is not right under any “modern” civilization and it is oppression. Silence is not an option so as not to support oppression and be on the side of oppression, otherwise, to say nothing and to do nothing, change nothing! Youths worldwide must know they are celebrated. Does’nt Sharia Law recognize “infancy” as a legitimate excuse for crimes committed by children against the State?. The law, and Criminal law globally recognizes individuals under the age of 16 to be children and immature, incapable of committing a crime for two reasons, inability to form intent for the crime (for children under 12) and the inability to know and appreciate the consequences of their action (with a presumption for the older types 13 to 15, who might have the capacity to form intent but do not know and cannot appreciate the gravity of their actions). Under Criminal law, this boy is still a child and although may have capacity to form intent but clearly (but clearly with emphasis added), he did not know the gravity of his offence to be able to appreciate the consequence. Would he have committed the crime if he knew he was going to be beheaded? Most likely not. His crime was listening to music. And then, the Executioner! This is beyond me because I cannot imagine what adult would dare to raise an axe to cut off the head of a child! Clearly in no equivocal terms, this is murder! The State cannot justify this murder.
One must not forget the arbitrariness of the State interest to use scape goats to enforce ideologies that are completely crazy and very brutal, harsh, cruel and extremely unjust and which are fatally incompatible with the 21st century and modern civilization. Children of the elites and rich members of the society would not be murdered like this by the State. However, as it is and it has always been and still is, is the fact that, it is the children of the poor, the down-trodden, the oppressed, the wretched, the deplorable, the repressed and totally powerless members of society who are selected as scape-goats to be murdered by the State. Clearly, this boy had a family, parents and his mother, who are very poor, down trodden and oppressed members of society, and completely powerless against the power of the State. If his father had been a General in the Army or the richest man in Iraq, this would never have happened. After he was beheaded, his parents were left to pick up the pieces of his body and one can only imagine the shame, horror, sorrow, stigma and humiliation his parents and entire family must have suffered as a result! Modern civilization everywhere vehemently rejects this irrational Government act as horseshit and complete total bullshit!
As a matter of fact, he was beheaded right in front of his family and clearly under any circumstances, this abhorrent nauseating State behavior is strongly condemned as critical wickedness, creepy madness from the deep, illogically absurd, critically senseless, completely crazy, insanely barbaric, critical madness, totally unacceptable and fatally incompatible with the 21st century and modern civilization. In the sane real world, the only option the Government had for this boy was to provide him a great education and he could have been a Lawyer or a Doctor or an Engineer or even, a Musician, and the Government could have made him a great human capital who would pay taxes and positively lift him out of generational abject poverty that would make him middle class paying lots of taxes. However, killing him and snuffing the future out of him was never an option for the Government
The people of Iraq deserve better as everyone knows the Government is not democratically elected and in no way speaks for the people of Iraq, and they should plan very well for their democracy that will arrive very soon. This whole thing by the Islamic State Government about religion, is a complete fraud, and it is a plan by the elites and rich people in Iraq to kill all the children of the poor people in Iraq by using religion as an excuse. Finally, the international community must react positively to this creepy madness from the deep, otherwise, how could anybody in their right minds, say that, a 15 year old must not listen to music? Totally crazy, right? Who or what is a 15 year old without music?, totally impossible. The next US Grammy awards in February 2025 (it does not matter what kind of music Ayham was listening to when he was arrested) should dedicate a human rights category and an award to Ayham Hussein and all the money and donations in this award should go to his parents.
